She was predeceased by: her parents, Wenceslaus "Walter" and Theophelia Augustinack (Woyak); and her siblings, Loretta Debrobander, George, Walter and Ray Augustinack.
She is survived by: her sons, David (Estrella) of Anchorage, AK, Brian (Krista Scott) of Arlington, TX and Kevin (Brenda) of Sauk Rapids; her siblings, Carol Dunn of Plymouth and Phil Augustinack (Cathy) of Brooklyn Park; her grandchildren, Travis, Bryanna, Jessica, Molly, Sadie, Duncan and Catrina; and her great grandchildren, Ryder, Dylan, Axten and Forrest.
