She is survived by: her husband Edward Lens; her children, Michael Lens (Jeanne), Brandon, Kimberly Pedersen (Bruce) and Kathleen Nunez (Jose); her grandchildren, Brock Tim (Christy), Amanda, Tony, Kaitlin, Leslie and Nicole; and her great grandchildren, Hollis, Parker, Baylor and Paisley. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the American Heart Association.
