She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Welbig and Dorothy Welbig (Varns). She is survived by: her siblings, Robert Welbig (Bonnie), Thomas Welbig (Sherrie), Steven Welbig (Susan), Lori Filler (Bryant), Brian Welbig (Teresa), Randy Welbig (Sandra) and Timothy Welbig (Brenda); her great-niece Carol Anderson; and her pet Emit. She is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Teddy Bear Den or The Banquet.
