We are sad to announce that on March 25, 2021, at the age of 88, Owen W. Shay (Sioux Falls, South Dakota) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

During COVID restrictions Fred would leave a letter in the mailbox for Owen which always contained encouraging words from the Psalms, especially Psalm 23.
