It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Owen H. Turner of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 20, 2021, at the age of 12, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Eleanor Turner and Mike Turner; his siblings, Jasper, Josie and Felix Turner; and his grandparents, Sue, Nick Turner, Kate and Ken Schmitt. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
