He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Norgaard and Elsie Norgaard (Henrikson); and his siblings, Doris Best, Ray, Leo and Daryl Norgaard.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Berg of Sioux Falls, SD; his daughter Brenda Thrash (Paul) of Elkhart, IN; his grandsons, David and Jacob Thrash; his son Ryan Norgaard of Sioux Falls, SD; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Norgaard of Badger, SD.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
