He is survived by: his spouse Doris Mae Norgaard; his sons, Harlan Best (Diane) of Sioux Falls and Richard Best (Carol) of Rochester, MN; his son-in-law Don Julius of Sioux Falls; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Matt, Sarah Julius of Topeka, KS and Kim Minter of Rochester; his great grandchildren, Taylor Julius, Chloe Stone, Emma Stone and Anna Minter; his sister Doris Swanson (Don) of Brookings; and his brothers-in-law, Daryl Norgaard (Phyllis) of Badger, SD and Orlan Norgaard (Gloria) of Sioux Falls. He is also survived by many close friends and relatives.
