He was predeceased by: his parents, Erwin Acker and Wilma Acker (Dodd); his brother Dennis Acker; his daughter Ashley Acker; his parents-in-law, Alta and Donald Siegrist; and his brother-in-law James Hembree.
He is survived by: his wife Dinese Hembree; his children, Kami Acker-Henjum (Brian Henjum) and Brandon Acker (Ashley Albright); and his grandchildren, Preston and Presley.
