She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Winkel and Annetta Winkel (Meinerts); her sister Evelyn Rand; and her niece Susan Hill (Rand). She is survived by: her daughter Sheryl Werner (Kevin); her grandchildren, Anna and Luke; and her nephews, Dr. Elden Rand (Wendy) and Ryan Rand (Kayla).
