It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Miller Walter Glanzer (Sioux Falls, South Dakota), who passed away on September 6, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Glanzer (Hofer) and Paul P. Glanzer. He is survived by: his former wife Viola Jaeger; his spouse Verlyn Walters; his children, Connie Carpenter (Conrad) of College Station, TX, LeAnn Long of Parker, CO, Keith Glanzer (Donna) of Spokane, WA, Lois Benson (Jane) of Manitou Springs, CO, Tyrone Glanzer (Janet) of Tonasket, WA, Wendy Sherman of Cedar City, UT and Timothy Glanzer (Stephanie) of Henderson, NV; and his stepsons, Brad LaFleur of Georgetown, CO, Bruce LaFleur of Columbia, SC and Bob LaFleur of Gillette, WY. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren, 55 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to East Side Lutheran or the charity of choice.
