She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Tucker and Anna Tucker (Helgerson); her husband Sylvester "Stub" Starnes; her daughter Sherry Kock; and her siblings, Dorothy Beck and Stephen Tucker Jr..
She is survived by: her sons, Steven Starnes (Sherri) of Sioux Falls and Richard Starnes (Pamela) of Sioux Falls; her son-in-law Berwin Kock of Grove, OK; and her grandchildren, Meri Kock of Nashville, TN, Kari Meyer (Marc) of Concord, CA, Jessica Sopko (Jeramie) of Huron, SD, Jackelyn Medhaug of Britton, SD and Joshua Starnes (Amanda) of Baltic, SD.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family for future designation.
