He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Bud" Sr. Fargen and Margaret Fargen (Otto); and his brothers, Dennis Fargen and Timothy Fargen. He is survived by: his wife Donna Fargen of Sioux Falls, SD; his sons, Timothy Fargen (Becky) of Cranston, RI and Ryan Fargen (Savannah); his grandchildren, Miriam and Lachlan; and his siblings, Jim Fargen Jr., John Fargen (Elaine), Terry Fargen (Angela) and Colleen Johnson.
