He is survived by: his wife Theresa Peltier of Sioux Falls, SD; his children, Sharon Peltier Johnson of Papillion, NE, Charlotte Higgins (Jan Nienow) of Stone Lake, WI, Larry Peltier (Laurie) of Sioux Falls, SD and Dale Peltier (Michal) of Harrisburg, SD; his grandchildren, Nichole Huntley (Matt) of Marshall, NC, Jennifer Johnson of Omaha, NE, Cassie Friese (Landon) of Kyle, TX, Travis Higgins (Danielle) of Rogers, MN, Megan Peltier (Austin Lopour) of Sioux Falls, SD, Melanie Peltier (Tyler Nelson) of Sioux Falls, SD, Neil Peltier of Sioux Falls, SD and Ryan Peltier of Harrisburg, SD; his great grandchildren, Lily Friese, Liam Friese, Lyla Friese and Madison Higgins; and his sister Avias Zell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
