Rennich of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, born in Hurley, South Dakota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 22, 2024 at the age of 87. He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry Rennich and Frida Rennich (Mikkelson); his wife Marlys Rennich; his daughter-in-law Lynn Rennich; his siblings, Karl Rennich and Juanita Rennich; and his close friend Joan Friessen.

He is survived by : his children, Steven Rennich (Marcia) of Harrisburg, SD, Jolene Young (Michael), Pamela Brown (Scott) of Harrisburg, SD, Marcia Darner (Jeff) of Harrisburg, SD, Darrel Rennich (Denise) of Bruce, SD, Dennis Rennich of Larchwood, IA and Laurie Koerner (Gregg) of Harrisburg, SD; his grandchildren, David Rennich (Kari), John Rennich (Stacy), Rebecca Schoenfelder (Aaron), Michael Rennich (Amanda), Sarah Varilek (Kevin), Ryan Brown (Jamie), Eric Brown (Maria), Morgan Darner, Brittany Dvorak (Tanner), Ashley Rennich (Devon Noehring), Bethany Rennich, Kylie Koerner and Grant Koerner; and his sisters, Marcene Merritt (Ron) of Renton, WA, LaDonna Riet (Allen) of Beresford, SD and Melanie Parsons (Jay) of Sioux Falls, SD.

Visitation was held on Friday, June 28th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the George Boom Funeral Home (3408 E 10th St, Sioux Falls, SD 57103). A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 29th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Shalom Lutheran Church (1000 E Maple St, Harrisburg, SD 57032).
