He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Jorgensen and Florence Jorgensen (Overgaard); and his siblings, Robert Jorgensen, Alice Lanpher and Jeanette Collier (Nettie).
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Payson; his children, Rod Jorgensen (Lynn), Scott Jorgensen (Vicky) of Sioux Falls and LeAnn Van Amerongen (Alex) of Lebanon, IL; his brothers, Roger and Larry of Sioux Falls; his brother-in-law Wally Collier of Garretson, SD; his friend Tamara Jorgensen of Sioux Falls; and his grandchildren, Casey, Nick, Kyle, Christina, Thaniel and Alexa. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren; many cousins, nieces and nephews.
