It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Lou Jackels of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, who passed away on April 20, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Torres and Beatrice Torres (Lopez); her husband Cletus Jackels; her daughter Susan Jackels; and her granddaughter Allie Kizziar.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Jackels (Linda) of Alcester, David Jackels (Patty) of Sioux Falls, Aimee Kizziar (Michael) of Sacramento, CA and Julie Faber (Guy) of Brandon; and her siblings-in-law, Donna Torres (Skip) of Fontana, CA, Duane Jackels (Carol) of Winona, MN, LaVerne Jackels (Marlene) of Storden, MN and LeAnn Steere (Art) of Windom, MN.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and two great, great grandchildren.
