It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martin Clae Skillman of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, born in Appleton, Minnesota, who passed away on January 3, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Skillman and Lydia Skillman (Mellon); and his sisters, Cathy and Florence. He is survived by: his wife Janice Van Vinkle; his sons, Dean, Jim (Sylvia), Joe (Janet), Jerry and Marty (Jeanie); his grandchildren, Sarah, Rylee, Madie, Ava, Nick and Nate; and his sister Mary Anderson (Don). He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
