He is survived by: his children, Kim Heyen of Grape Vine, TX, Elizabeth Anderson (Phil) of Sioux Falls, SD and Joseph Smith (Marie) of Sioux Falls, SD; his grandchildren, Josh, Tia and Katie; his great grandchild Jake; and his sisters, Maroldine Grabe of Sioux City, IA and Frances Piper of Lake Mary, FL.
Due to the COVID pandemic, visitation with the family will be held at a later date at the Miller Funeral Home, Southside Chapel.
