It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Steven Cook (Sioux Falls, South Dakota), who passed away on November 22, 2019, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cook and Sharon Cook (Edmonds). He is survived by: his siblings, Kathy Cook of Sioux Falls, Dan Cook (Lena Thunder) of Sioux Falls and David Cook (Vicki) of Portland, OR; his niece Jennifer; and his nephew Bryan.
