He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elmer Volden and Martha Volden (Borst); his wife Kathleen "Kay" Kaarre; his friends, Yvonne, Connie and Dawn; his children, Emelee Volden (Brian Liesinger) of Denver and Josiah Volden (Jenna) of Sioux Falls, SD; his grandchildren, Vivian, Brynlee and Vincent; his brothers, Bruce (Rose) of Canistota, SD and Perry (Lisa) of Yankton, SD; his brother-in-law Don Kaarre; and also, Norman and Bertha Kaarre. He was also cherished by several relatives and close friends.
