Kelsey-Whittle (Kevin) of Sioux Falls, SD, Todd M. Kelsey (Mary) of Cary, NC and Kim M. Kelsey of Minnetonka, MN; and his uncle William Kelsey of Santa Barbara, CA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, dear cousins, and a wealth of good friends.
