She was predeceased by: her husband Roger; and her son Michael. She is survived by: her children, Jay (Melissa) of Lincoln, NE, Jody Kusek (Ed) of Sioux Falls, SD, Jean Wold (Randy) of Sioux Falls, SD, Joan Kurus (John) of Queen Creek, AZ and Julie (Eric Johnson) of Mitchell, SD; her grandchildren, Katie Wold, Adam Kusek (Tiffin), Amanda Voegeli (Chris), Alex Kusek (Gabrielle), Jared Sveen (Leah), Stephanie Hansen (Will), Daniel Sveen (Stacy), Hailey Kurus, Noah Kurus and Adrianne DePauw; and also Charlie Joyce Voegeli.
