She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph; her son Vern; and her siblings, LeRoy, Don Sampica, Eunice Sampica and Marie Froehlich.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Van Wyhe (Marv) of Spirit Lake, IA, Karla Hatton (Dave) of Tea, SD and Gary Hauser (Shirlean) of East Lansing, MI; and her close friends, Sharon Watson (Doc) and Monica Collenbaugh. She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren, 14 Great-Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
