He is survived by: his wife Verla Elaine Rebel; his children, Lori (Martin Vos) of St. Paul, MN and Jim (Diane) of Sioux Falls; his grandchildren, Ted Carroll (Kendra Grams), John Carroll (Brianna Olson-Carr), Emelia Carroll, Anna Sturdevant Jankord (Brad Jankord) and David Sturdevant (Anja Cucak); his great grandchildren, Tobias, Anika Carroll, Grace and James Jankord; and his sister-in-law Eleanor Sturdevant.
