He is survived by: his wife Kay Lea Raap of Sioux Falls, SD; and his siblings-in-law, Laurel Kost (Robert) of Fort Collins, CO, Allana Novotny of Wisner, NE, Jerry Raap (Carol) of Andover, SD and Tom Raap of Sioux Falls, SD. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
Memorial donations may be made to the Sanford Cancer Center – Sioux Falls or to the Avera Race Against Cancer.
