He was predeceased by: his wife Jonnie; his son Kyle Funge; his great grandchildren, Delaney Hollingshead and Emersyn Eiesland; his parents, William Funge and Stella Cronk; his stepparents, Aggie Funge and Murel Cronk; and his son-in-law Randy Hollingshead.
He is survived by: his children, Kim Hollingshead of Sioux Falls, SD, Rick Funge of Sioux Falls, SD, Shawn Luitjens of Sioux Falls, SD and LaQueta Salway of Brookings, SD; his grandchildren, Melissa Eich (Dan) of Sioux Falls, SD, Ryan Hollingshead (Susie) of Sioux Falls, SD, Josh Funge of Sioux Falls, SD, Elissa Eiesland (Sam) of Sioux Falls, SD and Sayli Knutson (Thad Cotton) of Parker, SD; his great grandchildren, Kyler, Maddy, Brynlie, Lennyn, Bostyn and Graysyn; his sister Jean "Toots" of Brandon, SD; and also Elbers of Brandon, SD. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
