She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Diepen and Ada Van Diepen (Black); her husband Howard Foster; her sons, Howard, Jay and Joseph; and her siblings, Eugene VanDiepen and Rosie Holbrook.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dawn Entenman (Dave) and Donna Murphy (Eric); her sisters, Phyllis Hanisch and Shirley Steineke (Don); and her niece Lori Hanisch. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Home Downtown Chapel (507 S Main Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57104). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
