Lila Bailey Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lila Bailey of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, who passed away on January 26, 2024 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Meek and Minnie Meek (Kunze); her husband Virgil Bailey; her siblings, Dorsie Lewis, Evelyn Meek, Donald Meek, Eugene Meek and Carroll Meek; and her great grandchildren, Lila Schelter and Dylan Dean Bailey.
She is survived by: her children, Roger Bailey (Sharon) of Denison, IA, Randy Bailey (Judy) of McCook Lake, SD, Colleen Schroeder (Craig) of Fulton, SD and Donald Bailey (Vicki) of Sioux Falls, SD. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren; and many special nieces and nephews.
