With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Lester Lee Ramstad of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Lester Lee left this world on April 19, 2025 at the age of 80, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Ramstad and Annetta "Nettie" Ramstad (Buus); and his brother Verlyn Ramstad. He is survived by: his wife Mary Litterick; his daughter Kristi Majumdar (Mike); his grandchildren, Anja and Ayden; and his siblings, Ray Ramstad (Rose) of Sioux Falls, Janet Oberg of Renner and Joann Fossum (Arlyn) of Canton. He is also survived by many other relatives and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM and on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the George Boom Funeral Home (3408 E 10th St, Sioux Falls, SD 57103).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Wounded Warrior Project.
