He is survived by: his son Richard Sheppard of Sioux Falls; his siblings, John Sheppard of Sioux Falls and Betty Sheppard of Tacoma, WA; his niece Marla Shaw; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Maliyah Shaw of Sioux Falls, Eden Chasinghorse of Sioux Falls and Ellah Chasinghorse of Sioux Falls. He is also survived by many other uncles, aunts, and cousins.
