He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bouma and Grace Bouma (Zwaan); and his siblings, Henry and Marge. He is survived by: his wife Trudy; and his children, Denise Lien (Dale), Daryl Bouma (Leslie), Craig Bouma (Yong Suk), Teresa Hawkinson (Dave), Tim Bouma (Gale) and Chad Bouma (Kelly). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
