We are sad to announce that on May 27, 2020, at the age of 86, Leona Nielson (Sioux Falls, South Dakota) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Borah and Erma Borah; her husband Walter Nielson; her son Richard Nielson; her brothers, Clayton and Milton Borah; and her sisters-in-law, Shirley Borah and Dorothy Borah.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Alcott (Darrel) of Big Lake, MN, Randy Nielson (Jeanette), Jim Nielson (Renita), Dan Nielson (Loxy), Joplin and Bob Nielson (Theresa); her brothers, Ken Borah of McKinney, TX and Les Borah (Susan); and her sister-in-law Genine Borah of Salem, SD.. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren.
Due to the corona-virus, the funeral will be for immediate families only.
