He was predeceased by: his parents, Ludvig Skancke and Gordina Skancke (Berg); his brother Curtis (Joyce); and his grandson Jacob Gourley. He is survived by: his children, Brenda Bernhardt (Kevin) of Waseca, MN, Ronald Skancke, Gloria Johnson (Greg), Daryl Skancke (Margue Fenner), Michael Skancke and Patricia Skancke (Nancy Clary) of Rapid City, SD.. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty-three great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
