She was predeceased by: her parents, Myrl Steenwyk and Fern Van Steenwyk (Hickok); her former husband Melvin Newman; her husband Lyle McMillan; her brother Vern Van Steenwyk; her brother-in-law Stanley Rymerson; and her children-in-law, Robert Wise and Peggy Newman.
She is survived by: her sister Elsie Rymerson; her children, Rebecca Lambertz (Greg), Doug Newman, Vicki Martin (Chuck), Jim Newman (Candy), Daniel Newman, David Newman (Karla) and Wendy Salazar (Gonzalo); and her great-grandparent D'Artagnan Lambertz-Morrison. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 39 Great Grandchildren, 12 Great-Great Grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
