It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lee Carter Peterson of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, born in Madison, South Dakota, who passed away on October 30, 2022, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul Peterson and Jean Peterson of Centerville, SD; his daughter Grace Lehner (Dustan); his grandchildren, Kya, Ema and Zoe of Sioux Falls, SD; his daughters, Gretchen Dutcher (Erik) of Rochester, MN and Hanna Thompson (Landon) of Minneapolis, MN; his siblings, Lynn Peterson (Shelly), Carter, Cayden, Payton of Yankton, SD, Carrie Pederson (Terry), Morgan, Grant of Sioux Falls, SD and Eric Peterson (Lauren) of Golden, CO.; his wife Shannon Peterson; and his grandparents, Howard, Ina Peterson, Kennard and LuVerne Ellis. He was also cherished by three granddaughters.
