He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Zuraff of Sioux Falls; his children, Lisa Tate (Ray) of Jackson, MS and Mark Schroeder (Kathy) of Sioux Falls; his stepdaughter Jennifer Redinger (Eric) of Cape Girardeau, MO; his grandchildren, Dakota Tate (Callie) of Jackson, MS, Kayla Hakari (John) of Lincoln, NE, Kyle Schroeder (Bailey) of Sioux Falls, Brennan Redinger of Cape Girardeau, MO and Peyton Redinger of Cape Girardeau, MO; his great grandchild Kennedy Schroeder; and his brother Loren Schroeder of Viborg, SD.
