He is survived by: his wife Nancy Kay Phelps; his children, Brenda Stoops, Jason (Amy) and Mark (Jodi); his grandchildren, Tanner (Amanda) and Mckenzie (Josh); his great grandchild Daxton; and his sisters, Shirley Miller and Delores Cook.
