It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence Joseph Zimmer (Sioux Falls, South Dakota), who passed away on April 29, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ray Zimmer and Ethel Zimmer (Powell) of Omaha, NE; his son Larry; his wife Peggy; his children, Jennifer of Wilton, CT, Becca Jo Laverty (Gene Strote) and Paul (Jordan); his grandchildren, Isabella, Ethan, Jake and Elissa; his son-in-law Wallace Enman of Wilton, CT; his siblings, Jack (Mary), Dan (Beth), Rick (Pat), Greg (Kay), Kathy Navrkal (Randy) of Polk City, IA, Terri Becker (Bryan) and Lisa Blankman (Joe); his parents-in-law, Marcy Zimmer, Pat, Rick Nearman, Mike, Cindy Sheehan, Sue and J. T. Haas; his aunt Geraldine Zimmer; his brother Jeff; his niece Megan; his parents-in-law, Dave and Bess Sheehan; his brother-in-law Jeff Sheehan; and his son-in-law Sean Laverty. He was also cherished by cousins, nieces and nephews.
