He is survived by: his wife Sandra Piti (Piti); his children, William Lepkowski (Christine), Theodore Lepkowski (Christy Sieben), Jeffrey Lepkowski (Krista) and Elizabeth Roush (Jamey); his siblings, Thomas (Barbara), Daniel (Theresa), Andrew (Julia), Betty Ann Snopek and Juanita Mendel (Terry); his sister-in-law Robin Lepkowski; and his grandchildren, Maverick, Stratten, Wally and Jillian.
