She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Carla Middlen; her grandchildren, Paul Middlen and Nancy Peterson (Shane); her great grandchildren, Nic (Ashley), Josh, Andy Middlen, Jenna Cook (Chris), Alex Middlen, Ben, Tommy, Grace and Jersey Peterson; and her great great grandchildren, Kaden, Carson Middlen, Ronan, Zya Cook and Koi Middlen.
