With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lavonne J. Thomas (Sioux Falls, South Dakota), who passed away on December 25, 2019 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Gene Thomas; and her parents, Kurt Permann and Irene Permann (Buchler). She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Morris (James) of Sumter, SC, Deneice Daggett of Sioux Falls and Shawn Elsing (Doug Baartman) of Crooks, SD; and her sister Darlene Peterson of Sioux Falls. She is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
