She was predeceased by: her father Richard Olson; her brother Bradley Olson; her niece Gabrielle Schlenker; her grandparents, Fritz, Jean DeVine, Ernie and Ruth Olson; her godparents, Robert "Uncle Bob" and Harriet; and her aunt DeVine.
She is survived by: her mother Virginia Olson (DeVine) of Hayti; her husband Jim Deiterman; her daughter Emily of Brookings; her sisters, Carrie Robinson (Dan) of Rapid City, April Herrboldt (Scott) of Redmond, WA, Julie Lee (Del) of Aberdeen and Linda Schlenker (Ron) of Hayti; her close friend Rick Helmbolt of Sioux Falls; and also, Brittany Lewno (Shawn), Jeremy, Alaina, Logan and Natalie. She is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews; 11 great-nieces and nephews; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
