He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferdinand Bender and Margaret Bender. He is survived by: his children, Tanya, Shawn and Eric; his spouse Eric Bender (Shanna); his grandchildren, Alex Cain, Nick Adams, Ashlee Cain, Malachi Noem, Sam Noem, Eli Noem, Charlie Bender, Jack Bender, Hewitt Bender and Millie Bender; his great grandchild Kane Pierce; his sister LouEtta Decker; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Higgason, Judy Triebwasser and Denny Higgason.
