He is survived by: his wife Sharon Lewis; his children, Stacey Miller (Laurie), Jody Sinclair, Marc Miller (Amy) and Susan Westover (Dale); and his grandchildren, Andy Miller (Kelly), Michael Miller (Sally), Emily Miller, Thomas Sinclair (Lindsey), Chelsey Anderson (Mitch), Caleb Tollefson (Emily), Dustin Westover (Meghann) and Shelbi Westover (Trev Koedam). He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
