With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lana Marie Ueke (Sioux Falls, South Dakota), born in Dunseith, North Dakota, who passed away on August 18, 2021 at the age of 75. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph LaRocque and Madeline LaRocque (Bergie); and her siblings, Garry LaRocque, JoAnn Eden and Shirley Wendt.
She is survived by: her husband Henry Ueke; her sons, Troy A. Ueke of Sioux Falls, SD and Chad A. Ueke (Cassie) of Sioux Falls, SD; her grandchildren, Tyler Ueke, Madeline and Kaylee; her sister Ginger Poitra of Belcourt, ND; and her close friend Linda Danielson (Mike) of Sioux Falls, SD. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
