He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Helseth and Viola Helseth (Converse); and his siblings, George and Karen Kleinsasser. He is survived by: his former wife Ramona Gail Johnson; his daughter Jaclyn Marie; his wife Mona Helseth; his daughters, Lori Wormsbecher (Dale) and Jacki McCormick (Bill); his grandchildren, Lea, Katey, Hailey and Liam; his brothers, Ronnie Helseth (Carol) and Danny Helseth (Kim); and his brother-in-law Bruce Johnson (Margie). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
