It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Khemma Phrommany of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, who passed away on February 8, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Bounthan Bounmany; and her husband Kongsy Phrommany. She is survived by: her children, Bounthavy Phrommany, Houmpanh Phrommany, Sandy Poi, Keo Phrommany, Vanh Phrommany, Vone Phrommany, Sone Phrommany, Sace Rydberg and Steffinnie Thatsaphone Postas; and her siblings, Amphai Bounmany, Bounfong Saysirisanh, Bouathong Bounmany and Chanhsouk Bounmany. She is also survived by children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and siblings.
