He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Campbell and Laura Campbell (Oetken); and his brother-in-law John Anthony. He is survived by: his wife Lois Campbell; his children, Brenda Scholten (Keith) of Des Moines, IA, Ronna Campbell (Peter Lichen) of Rochester, MN, Cheryl Hage (Eric) of Fort Dodge, IA and Jeff Campbell (Brooke Beckett) of Lake Oswego, OR; his grandchildren, Kendra, Kyle Scholten, Sophia, Isabella Lichen, Alex (Danielle), Isaac, Ashton, Evan Hage, Max and Mason Campbell; and his siblings, Bill Campbell (Lori), Donna Utesch (Dan) and Debra Anthony.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the Hope Lodge in Rochester, MN or other cancer charities.
