It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Dwaine Thompson of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, who passed away on January 12, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hans Thompson and Betsy Thompson; his wife Marlene Jewell; and his children, Craig Thompson (Marsha) of Vermillion, SD, Lori Scholten (Rick) of Steen, MN, Shelley Gould (Jeff) of Sioux Falls, SD, Elana Kramer (Michelle) of Sioux Falls, SD and Deaun Thompson of Harrisburg, SD. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
