He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marlyn Vietor of Sioux Falls, SD and Mary Vietor (Moter); his wife Sandra (Fillaus) of Sioux Falls, SD; his son Cole of San Clemente, CA; his aunt Dorthea Prunty of Hartford, SD; his brother-in-law Robert Fillaus (Barb) of Lincoln, NE; and his parents-in-law, Robert Fillaus, Sr. and Agnes Fillaus.
In 2005, he joined CorTrust as manager of the South Minnesota Avenue bank where he remained until a diagnosis of Younger Onset Alzheimer's Disease ended his career.
